Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (hashed), and language preference.

Event & guest data. Information you add about your event — venue, date, seating layouts, guest names, contact details, RSVP responses, dietary preferences, and uploaded files such as floor plans or logos.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — only the subscription status and last four digits.

Usage data. Pages visited, features used, device type, browser, and IP address, used to operate and improve the service.

• To provide and maintain the PlannerNova service.
• To send transactional emails (RSVP confirmations, account notices, billing receipts).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run PlannerNova (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and only to the extent necessary. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Guest information you add to an event is shared with people you explicitly invite to your workspace and with guests who use the public seat-finder or RSVP link you generate.

We retain your account and event data for as long as your account is active. You may delete events or your entire account at any time from your dashboard. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at support@plannernova.com to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

PlannerNova is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
