Terms of Service

PlannerNova provides online tools for designing seating charts, managing guest lists, collecting RSVPs, building wedding websites, and related event planning features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use PlannerNova. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications via PlannerNova.
• Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or other users' data.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of all event data, guest lists, and uploads ("Your Content"). You grant PlannerNova a limited license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share Your Content, including guest contact details.

PlannerNova, our logo, designs, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our brand or technology beyond the right to use the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

PlannerNova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlannerNova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
